Terrah Anderson

Terrah Anderson currently serves as a budget and policy analyst on GOPB’s planning team. She is responsible for agency strategic planning and assists with other policy and coordination projects. Terrah holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a master’s of public administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management, both from Brigham Young University.

After graduating with her master’s, Terrah worked on the budget team at the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget (GOPB) for three years. Following a 15 year career break, she was thrilled to return to GOPB in 2021.

Terrah enjoys spending her free time exploring Utah, gardening, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and four children. She also currently serves on the Herriman City Council.
