The Free Market Protection and Privatization Board was eliminated by H.B. 387 Boards and Commissions Amendments in the 2019 General Session. However, the public can still submit ideas or concerns about free market protection and privatization issues to GOPB by emailing Duncan Evans at devans@utah.gov.
