
Kate Bradford is the budget and policy analyst for public education, including the State Board of Education and the School and Institutional Trust Fund Office. She holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s degree in political science and public policy from the University of Denver.
Prior to joining GOPB, Kate worked on a range of state policy issues in the public and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she conducted tax policy research as a graduate assistant with the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute. Before that, she worked as a research assistant in the Utah Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel and spent several years as a health policy analyst for the National Conference of State Legislatures in Denver.
Kate grew up in Sandy and enjoys exploring southern Utah, reading, taking her pups on walks, and spending time with her husband and son.
