Hannah Elliott

Hannah is the budget and policy analyst for the Department of Government Operations, Utah Education and Telehealth Network, and Career Service Review Office. Hannah also calculates statewide compensation and internal service funds, reviews bonding finance data, and supports the Legislative Compensation Commission.

Hannah received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with an emphasis in statistical analysis in 2017, and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy in 2021, both from the University of Utah. Go Utes!

Born and raised in West Valley City, Utah, Hannah has called Utah home her entire life. In her free time, Hannah enjoys reading, quilting, trips to Disneyland, and Utah Utes football games.
