Dr. Richie Wilcox

Richie was born and raised in Utah, spending his childhood in West Jordan and Bluffdale. After graduating from Utah Valley University with a degree in business management and social sciences, he moved to Washington, DC to pursue a PhD in political science at George Washington University, which he completed in 2014. He also has a graduate certificate in applied economics from the University of North Dakota.

Richie is a senior economist whose primary responsibilities include revenue forecasting, monitoring state revenues, analyzing and modeling tax policy changes, and economic analysis.
