Chris Labrum

Chris Labrum serves as an Operations Analyst in the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget, where he collaborates with state agencies to streamline their operational processes and drive improvements in overall efficiency.

Chris holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Utah State University, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

In his spare time he enjoys watching baseball, playing hockey, traveling, spending time with his family, and cheering for the Utah Utes.
