Amy Kurtzweil graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in international development. During her time at BYU she performed research in Spain and Morocco and completed multiple internships at both the state and federal levels, including the Utah State Senate, the United States Senate Minority Leader, and in the Governor’s Office of Utah.
Before working as an analyst for the office, Amy spent a year and a half as the team’s Communication and Strategy Coordinator. Amy’s portfolios include the Utah Department of Commerce, Labor Commission, Department of Financial Institutions, Department of Insurance, the Public Service Commission, and the Career Service Review Office.
A proud (former) Kentuckian, Amy spends her free time road-tripping, trying new recipes, cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers, and spending time with friends and family.
