State Code § 63J-4-401 directs the State Planning Coordinator to “receive, review, and provide an internet-accessible repository of plans and studies of the various state agencies and political subdivisions relating to public improvements, housing, land use, economic development, transportation infrastructure, water infrastructure, and utility infrastructure.”
