Jackson's work primarily focuses on data analytics and machine learning modeling to support economic policy and decision-making, while advising teams in acquiring, maintaining, and processing data effectively and reliably.
Beginning his career as a data analyst intern at Maverik, Jackson later joined GOPB as a research analyst fellow. He returned to Maverik as a full-time data analyst before taking on his current role in GOPB.
Born and raised in West Haven, Jackson has had a passion for and found success in math from a young age. He spent his high school and college years playing sports while employing himself as a private math tutor for all levels. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computational statistics and data science from Weber State University. He enjoys spending his free time with family, playing pickleball, and country swing dancing.
