Ella Sjoblom is a research analyst fellow with GOPB’s Policy and Economic Analysis Pillar. She will graduate from the University of Utah in May 2025 with dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining GOPB, Ella gained experience in federal results management as an intern at the U.S. Department of Commerce Office of Performance Excellence. She also completed an internship with the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute where she assisted with economic impact studies, particularly for Utah’s tourism and fintech industries.
Ella spends her free time solving crossword puzzles, being with friends and family, and searching for the best new music.
