State agencies: State agencies may use the budget request and reallocation form templates below as tools to compile information that they must enter in the Budget Prep system by Sept. 5. The actual submission will occur through data entry in the budget prep system.
Non-state entities: Non-state entities that would like to request funding must submit a budget request form by Aug. 30 to the state agency responsible for overseeing the goods, services or activities their request proposes to fund.
Performance Prep
Resources to help agencies manage legislatively-required funding items, funding item performance measures, and line item performance measures in the Performance Prep system.
Fee Prep
The Fee Prep system is designed to increase consistency, accuracy, and timeliness when generating the Fee Bill for the General Session. GOPB will use the data in Fee Prep to develop the Governor’s recommendation for agency fee authorizations, which will be reviewed and possibly modified by the Office of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst and then presented to the appropriations subcommittees during the General Session.
Compensation Prep
GOPB will use the data in Comp Prep to develop the governor’s recommendation for incremental changes to the state compensation package for the upcoming fiscal year.
