Rachel Clegg graduated magna cum laude from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and minors in marketing and accounting. While at Utah State, she served as an ambassador for the university, as well as the Vice President of the Public Relations Student Society of America. After graduation, Rachel worked in Governor Huntsman’s administration and loved her time there.
After a 15 year hiatus, and 5 kids later, Rachel is happy and excited to be back at the Capitol and working in the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget. Rachel loves to run, watch college football and hike with her husband and kids. She and her husband, Dan, also enjoy coaching and watching all five of their children play soccer, who love playing the sport as much as they do!
