Marie Magre brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Fiscal Grant Manager. With more than 18 years of experience in a variety of finance roles in the State of Utah, Marie possesses a deep understanding of the state's finance systems, policies, and procedures. Marie has a background in both business administration and accounting from Ensign College and Brigham Young University, coupled with practical experience in various state agencies.
Marie's multicultural background, stemming from her roots in Haiti and subsequent move to the United States, has cultivated her into a multilingual individual with a passion for learning new languages. Outside of her professional duties, Marie is deeply involved in sports, drawing from her own experiences as a soccer player in Haiti. Her commitment to sports extends to coaching her two talented children in basketball and soccer. Marie also enjoys reading, listening to music, dancing, traveling, gardening, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
