Julian Waters is a grants management fellow on GOPB’s Planning and Coordination team. Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, Julian moved to Utah to complete his degree in political science at Brigham Young University after attending George Mason University in the greater Washington, D.C. area.
Prior to his fellowship with GOPB, Julian worked as an intern for Senator Mark R. Warner of the Commonwealth of Virginia and with the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. As a fellow, he assists with federal grant research and applications to secure federal funding in support of the governor's budget priorities and Utah agencies' long-range planning and project implementation.
