Hannah is the budget and policy analyst for the Department of Government Operations and covers capital and debt budgets and compensation-related policies. Prior to joining GOPB, Hannah spent ten years with the University of Utah in various roles.
Hannah holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in public policy, both from the University of Utah.
In her free time she enjoys reading, cross stitching, paddleboarding, trips to Disneyland, and Utah Utes football games.
