Brad works as the Federal Assistance Management Officer in the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget (GOPB). He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in finance and worked in banking operations for several years before moving to state employment. Prior to joining GOPB, Brad spent eleven years working in research, reporting, budgeting, and revenue management roles within the Department of Health and Human Services.
His current focus is to ensure Utah utilizes federal funds and gets the best return on the billions of dollars paid in federal taxes each year by individuals and businesses. He also oversees reporting and compliance with Federal Regulations.
Outside of work Brad enjoys being with his family, photography and cheering on local sports teams.
