Sam Warrick serves as the Performance Improvement Coordinator for the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget, collaborating with state agencies to enhance their operational processes and bolster overall efficiency. He holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s degree in constitutional law from Utah State University, as well as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Sam has a wealth of experience and has successfully carried out process improvement work for diverse organizations ranging from small nonprofits to Fortune 100 companies.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Sam is an avid traveler who has explored more than fifty countries by airplane, bus, train, boat, motorcycle, bicycle, and hitchhiking. He also enjoys gardening, beekeeping, raising heritage turkeys, and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
