Rachel Stone

Rachel Stone currently serves as product manager in the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget. In this role, she facilitates development of the office's internal digital tools. Rachel formerly served as Chief Data Officer and Performance Measures Manager, through which she supported interoperability and performance management across state agencies.

 

Rachel's background includes professional experience in local, state, and federal governments, as well as a Political Science degree from BYU. Her interests also include design and the applications of public interest technology.
