Max Gruber is the Communications and Strategy Coordinator of the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget. Prior to his current role, Max was the Legislative and Federal Affairs Fellow in the Governor’s Office.
Max graduated from the University of Utah Honors College in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in political science. Following graduation, he spent two years working for the United States Forest Service in Oregon as a wildland firefighter. Max is a native of Salt Lake City, Utah and enjoys anything that can be done in the outdoors, spending time with his family, and watching his beloved Chicago Cubs.
