Kyle is a Performance Analyst for the Results Management team in the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget. His primary role involves working on efficiency evaluations, performance measures, and process improvement projects. Kyle holds a bachelor's degree in Management Operations from Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
Before joining GOPB, Kyle spent seven years working for the Utah Department of Transportation. He initially served as a Transportation Technician, where he was responsible for maintaining state roads across Utah using various tools and heavy machinery, including snow plows and backhoes. He then transitioned to the Rural Public Transit Office where he worked as a Federal Compliance Officer, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines for UDOT and its sub-recipients.
Kyle is an avid outdoorsman. During his free time, he enjoys archery, hunting, fishing, hiking, and recreating outdoors with others.
