Ajla Hadzialijagic is a Research Analyst Fellow with GOPB's Planning and Coordination Team. She recently graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Urban Ecology with a minor in Architecture, and her Master of Science in City and Metropolitan Planning. While pursuing her masters, she specialized in Smart Growth: Transportation, Land Use, and Accessibility Planning through the University of Utah's 4+1 program.
Ajla's diverse professional background includes roles at Logan Simpson, a local consulting firm, and the Utah Inland Port Authority (UIPA). Her experience encompasses strategic planning and development, environmental analysis, and community planning and design. She is extremely dedicated to improving community sustainability and resilience through thoughtful urban planning efforts.
